| Fred Halvorsen, Ph.D., P.E., CIH, CSP has over 30 years’ experience in the field of environmental health and safety program development and implementation. He has a rich background in developing, managing, and training personnel at all levels in the areas of spill response as it pertains to oil and a host of hazardous materials; conducting complete site safety audits; preparing OSHA PSM programs; conducting major spill response exercises; and, writing EPA SPCC programs. Dr. Halverson’s expertise is in chemical engineering, having earned both M.S. and Ph. D degrees and becoming a P.E. by examination in the same field. As a CIH and CSP, he has conducted numerous site audits and has performed a number of health, safety, and industrial hygiene audits. |
