J. Randal “Randy” Van Dyne is an Assistant Vice President at UF and the Executive Director of SEEM. As the chief administrator of the SEEM personnel, he is directly responsible for the initiation, growth, and development of all of the SEEM programs. Mr. Van Dyne was instrumental in the initial establishment of the SEEM programs beginning in 1986. In addition, he has over 20 years of direct experience in the ES&H profession. His primary areas of expertise include business development, program management, grant acquisition, partnership and coalition building, and budgeting.
