EMS Leadership Essentials: This course covers the basic concepts of leadership in the workplace setting. Topics include leadership styles, ethics, interpersonal skills, communication, leadership psychology, mentoring and subordinate development, role in performance improvement, leading change, and team building. A strategic approach to see the future of EMS concludes the program.

See Below Field Training Officer: Field Training Officer is a two-day course introducing techniques for professionals charged with in-house education, evaluation of probationary employees, or proctoring students in the field. The course provides the Field Training Officer with tools to use as he/she evaluates candidates during performance and discusses means and methods to provide relevant, beneficial feedback to these developing professionals.
