Customized Training: Conducted at your location, to fit your particular
needs. Our expertise is developing and delivering consistent, high quality training programs for individual clients over a specified geographic location - even coast-to-coast! Any of the courses that you see on this entire Website can be customized to fit your individual needs. We will work with you to make sure the course focuses on exactly what it is that you want to accomplish. We then provide you with a fee that based on the entire customized package. Also, as you know, the cost of sending a number of employees away to take training courses (travel and subsistence expenses) can be more expensive than the cost of the course itself. In addition, travel time can cause excessive downtime, or significant overtime pay to those taking the trainee's place while he/she is away. So, you don't need to come to Findlay, we will come to you! More Information... On-line Training: From on-line/real time training to customize self study courses. On-line training is available in various formats to best fit your specific needs. These range from open enrollment type on-line/real time courses, to customized on-line/real time courses for individual clients, to customized self study courses. These on-line formats all eliminate travel costs for individual trainees and also allow training to be conducted simultaneously in multiple locations. Customizing your course content with an on-line option opens up a number of ways to improve your overall training effectiveness while also reducing your training costs.
