Roll Call Training
First responders are “on the job” as soon as they report for duty. The University of Findlay is developing a series of brief, hard-hitting, high quality reviews that will be referred to as “Roll Call” training. Intended for safety briefings at the beginning of each shift, or at any other convenient time a rural emergency responder group is brought together for safety oriented meetings, the product will be a series of training vignettes that can be viewed on-line or on DVD at any time. Roll call training topics can be viewed repeatedly, are short and hard hitting.
