This course is designed to teach proven
team deployment tactics to officers for
utilization during incidents involving an
active shooter(s) in a business, industrial
facility, school, or government office.
Officers will learn to work closely as a team to safely plan, approach, search, and secure buildings. Force on force training using simunition technology (SIMS) is utilized to create a very intense and realistic active shooter scenario. The one-day training will consist of two hours of classroom instruction with the remainder of class being devoted to active hands-on training.
